Flocculant Emulsion For Aluminium Oxide

Flocculant emulsion for Aluminium oxide is a special form of polyacrylamide. This series are mainly used in the separation and washing process of aluminium oxide manufacturing. With the help of emulsion, the separation speed is raised and the overflow supernatant also meet the requirement. This series could perform as the flocculant to neutralize the electron in the red mud in the aluminium oxide industry, leading the destabilization of particles and the settlement of flocs. The dosage is 0.2-0.6kg/ton based on red mud. Different ore pulp has different settleability. Study is needed to select the suitable flocculant for the high efficiency of red mud separation.
